Membership Requirements
To maintain the integrity of the ANDI network, member facilities must meet or be in the process of meeting these operational standards:
- Compliance with Good Operational Standards & Procedures, (refer to the ANDI recommendations)
- Equipment that meets Quality Engineering and Installation Standards
- Conformity with applicable local codes and NFPA 99 Healthcare standards
- Documented equipment maintenance logs
- Only certified operators conducting all treatments
- Oversight by trained medical staff or medical liaison consulting staff with HBOT specialization
Membership Classifications
- Class 1: Hyperbaric Medical & Research Facility (hospital or clinic with licensed MD/DO)
- Class 2: Hyperbaric Veterinary Facility (licensed DVM & Vet Tech with HCO certification required)
- Class 3: Hyperbaric Wellness & Research Centers or Diver Treatment Centers (NP, DC, RN, HMT, CHT, ICHT, or HCO-qualified medical liaison)
Fee Structure
- Facility Inspection $1,250 (plus travel, or via internet live video inspection tour)
- First-time Facility Membership Fee: $2,900
- License Renewal: $1,950
- Late Payment Surcharge: $150
